Our aim is to provide visionary, mission focused emerging leaders with a mix of relevant and Biblical study and practical experience at a cost affordable to all, which will lay the very best foundation for a lifetime of ministry. 

1. A combination of study for a Masters in Missional Leadership with a youth ministry placement over 2-3 years. Placements in challenging roles in local UK churches as part of a team who work and study together. Regular residential conferences for intensive study and lectures. Packages vary depending upon your experience and circumstances, and the role you take on, but with a minimum of living costs, tuition fees and a weekly allowance paid. 2. A combination of study for a missional Bachelors in Theology with a youth ministry placement over three years. Placements in local churches as part of a team who work and study together. Regular residential conferences or weekly tutorials for intensive study and lectures. Living costs, a weekly allowance and most tuition fees covered and help offered to raise additional support. 3. Missional Ministry and Leadership Certificate/Diploma. Work and learn as part of a visionary team all based in local churches with regular inspirational conferences and mission opportunities in Africa.
